Lab. Solutions GmbH is a service provider in the outpatient medical sector and has set itself the task of providing medical practices with all the equipment and other services required to operate a medical laboratory (M I, M II, M III and M IV laboratory services) on site in the practice or at the practice location (in the case of several medical practices operating in one practice property) without affecting the freelance status of the doctors.
Specifically, the practice bills its private patients or self-pay patients independently and the laboratory is operated with its own staff.
